zentrak Asset and Maintenance Management features a user-friendly interface that enables quick and intuitive navigation. Linear Asset Management

zentrak Asset Management allows you to manage not only point assets but also linear assets. By assigning assets to specific tracks and locations with exact kilometer markers, all assets along a track section can be clearly visualized. In addition to assets, LAM (Linear Asset Management) displays track geometry, planned maintenance activities, measurement data and the condition of your infrastructure. This helps you plan more efficiently and schedule maintenance based on track sections.

Maintenance

zentrak Maintenance Management provides best-practice inspection lists for superstructure components and preconfigured checklists for turnout inspections. With the integrated Condition Monitoring System, you can adjust your maintenance strategy in real time based on the current condition of your assets. You also gain information on the deadlines of upcoming maintenance tasks and the history of maintenance activities, enabling resource-optimized troubleshooting.
