G9 AT / G9 ATO rail fastening system

G9 AT rail fastening system is designed for category C according to EN13481-2 standard, with a maximum permissible axle load of 260kN.

Depending on the customer requirements of the client, the system is provided with a rail pad of high or low static stiffness.

Due to the mid-loop of the clip, which is mounted over the rail foot, the rail fastening is characterized by additional safety. This eliminates the risk of overloading clip arms and their plastic deformation and prevents the rotation of the rail. The system meets the requirements of the EN 13481- 2 standard.

  • Speed: for HS ≥250km/h, for CR ≤250km/h
  • High rail longitudinal resistance: min. 9kN

  • Clamping force (nominal): min. 9kN
  • Vertical fatigue strength: > 2,5mm
  • Gauge adjustment in the range of ±10mm
  • Height adjustment optional
  • Material of the rail pad: EVA, rubber, Sylodyn®
  • Static stiffness of rail pad: > 40 kN/mm
  • All of the components can be pre-assembled in the sleeper factory
